The village of Campino, where the apartment is located, belongs to the municipality of Stresa, in the province of Verbano-Cusio-Ossola, Piemonte region.
The village is located 380 meters above sea level, and is 2 km from the municipality of Stresa and 3 km from Baveno, where you can find all the basic necessities (pharmacy, supermarket, shops, train station, pier for the Islands etc ...)
20 meters from the apartment you can find "La Rampolina", one of the most renowned restaurants on Lake Maggiore.
Campino is a very quiet place, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Borromean Islands, and on clear days you can also admire the mountains of Switzerland.

In Japan,people practice something called “Forest Bathing”, or shinrin-yoku. Shinrin in Japanese means “forest,” and yoku means “bath.” So shinrin-yoku literally means “bathing in the forest atmosphere”, or taking in the forest through our senses.
